The Concession Residences, a 1,200-acre, low-density luxury community in southwest Florida, reported a banner sales year today with\u00a0price per unit valuations jumping\u00a0more than $50,000 from a year ago.<\/p>\n

The 18 percent increase from 2014\u2019s per unit price of $255,090 is yet another sign this Sarasota-area club is one of the strongest\u00a0golf course real estate projects in the country. Overall, the Concession recorded\u00a040 transactions, or nearly $12 million in home sales.\u00a0Sixteen homes were completed this year, and less than 50 of The Concession\u2019s original 236 lots remain.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Concession’s select stable of new homes and impressive cadre of world-class builders attracts buyers from all over the country,\u201d says Mark Bruce, Director of Sales at The Concession Real Estate Company. \u201cWe expect 2016 sales to be even stronger, with our peaceful and serene surroundings, interesting architecture and proximity to all that Sarasota, Bradenton and the Gulf Coast have to offer.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Concession has 28 homes currently under construction by its approved builders \u2013 Anchor Builders, John Cannon Homes, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Stock Development, Johnson Homes and Lee Wetherington Homes.<\/p>\n

Set amid towering pines and sprawling live oaks minutes from Florida\u2019s Gulf Coast and the arts and cultural hub of Sarasota, the Concession is a private, gated community featuring 236 pristine estate home sites.
