Jay Stuller<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jay Stuller has successfully straddled the worlds of mainstream journalism and corporate communication for three decades. The author of ten books and more than a thousand magazine articles in more than 150 publications – – including features in Audubon<\/em><\/strong>, Smithsonian<\/em><\/strong>, Playboy, Outside, Travel & Leisure, Oceans, Senior Golfer<\/em><\/strong> and Reader\u2019s Digest<\/em><\/strong> – – he simultaneously managed a career in corporate public affairs, primarily with Chevron.\u00a0 There he wrote the annual report, for the company\u2019s worldwide employee magazine and served as speechwriter for the Chairman of the Board.<\/p>\n

Today Stuller writes about golf and travel for a variety of publications and websites, including The A<\/em><\/strong> Position;\u00a0<\/em><\/strong> Golf Business<\/em><\/strong>; and, among others, the Northern California Golf Association\u2019s quarterly magazine, NCGA Golf, <\/em><\/strong>and the Southern California Golf Association’s FORE<\/strong>.\u00a0 A member of the Golf Writers Association of America, he also belongs to The Keepers of the Green, St Andrews, Scotland chapter. \u00a0In tandem with his golf, travel and general interest freelance work, Jay maintains a corporate communication consultancy, ghosting books, writing strategic plans, executive speeches and scripts.\u00a0 His highly acclaimed book on the business side of the wine industry, Through The Grapevine<\/em><\/strong>, has been used as a text at California State University at Sonoma\u2019s Graduate School of Business.\u00a0 An energy expert conversant with both petroleum and electricity, Jay\u2019s most recent book, released in the fall of 2010, is An Electric Revolution: Reforming Monopolies, Reinventing the Grid and Giving Power to the People<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
