Liberty is an extremely challenging layout, playing to more than 7,400 yards from the back tees, with narrow, curving fairways and smallish greens that are hard to hit even on the rare calm day.<\/p>\n<p>The 14th, a 150-yard par 3 along Upper New York Bay is probably one of its more iconic holes. Accuracy from the tee is what is needed here and with the wind whipping in from the Atlantic, this will favour the players who can control their ball flight.
