From the lighter side of golf, but not far from reality, I pass this along:<\/em><\/p>\n A man had two tickets for the Augusta Masters and had located himself with two seats in one of the best viewing spots.<\/p>\n Another man comes along and asks if anyone is sitting in the seat next to him?<\/p>\n “No”, he says, “the seat is empty.”<\/p>\n “That is incredible!” said the man, “Who in their right mind would have a seat like this, the biggest, most exclusive golfing event of the whole world, and not use it?”<\/p>\n He says, “Well, actually, the seat belongs to me. My wife always would come with me, but she passed away. This is the first Masters we haven’t been together since we got married.”<\/p>\n “Oh … I’m sorry to hear that. That’s terrible. I guess you couldn’t find someone else? … a friend or relative or even a neighbor to take the seat?”<\/p>\n The man shakes his head …<\/p>\n … “No. They’re all at the funeral.” …<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n
