Instead, add some mint, a lime or lemon to a glass of filtered water.

Red or white wine (5 oz.) = 120 calories

Regular beer (12 oz.) = 150-198 calories

Light beer (12 oz.) = 64-136 calories

Martini (2.5 oz.) = 160 calories

Vodka and tonic (8 oz.) = 200 calories

Margarita (8 oz.) = 200 calories

Rum and Coke (8 oz.) = 185 calories

You have a well-balanced, low-calorie diet combined with regular exercise, but still haven’t shed those extra pounds? Feel frustrated? Here… Read more »

[2109,18
4493,4494,4495,4496,4497,4498
post-1607","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-life-coaching","category-lifestyle","tag-weight-loss","tag-sleep","tag-apple-juice","tag-eating","tag-medication","tag-drinking
["GET
