As a travel writer lucky enough to have visited these cities, my guess is that in Dublin, Bieber will cool his tennis-shoed heels in a boutique hotel built in 1852 on the River Liffey called: The Clarence \u2013 now renovated and owned by Bono and his Irish rock group U2.
