I wasn’t sure what to expect when we put the Grow the Game app into play on our recent trip to Scottsdale but I was really impressed. First of all, it’s very simple to use, takes but a moment to fill in the scores. Instead of trash talk between groups, the numbers spoke eloquently by themselves. It kept a leaderboard for gross scoring by all players in both groups, always of course up to the minute so you always know where you stand.
And after rounds of 82 81 80 79 and 78 I also discovered I must be a sandbagger with my 11 handicap.
Grow the Game is fun, easy to use and a great and effective way to inject more excitement into the proceedings. The bigger the field the more fun and useful Grow the Game is.
