The European Tour is back this week and pitches up at the Kyle Phillips designed PGA National Czech Republic course, which is at the heart of the 350-acre Oaks Prague estate featuring a clubhouse that was once a chateau and listed as an historic building once owned by the Von Schuttelsberg family.
Designed with environmental and sustainability in mind, the first nine holes were opened in August 2019, with the full 18-hole course opening in the summer of 2020.
The first three holes are parkland holes next to old tall oak trees, with the 2nd hole plays uphill along a small valley with a stream running along the left from tee to green. The stream and wetland area then lurk to the right side of the tree-lined par three 3rd.
