Ping debuts Autumn-Winter apparel collection

In unveiling its Autumn-Winter 2016 collection, Ping Apparel is introducing a new partnership with COOLMAX, a leading fabric-technology brand, to further elevate Ping’s SensorCool and SensorWarm product categories.

COOLMAX All Season fabric contains fibers with a channeled surface to move moisture away from the body when the golfer is hot. In addition, COOLMAX fibers feature a hollow core to provide insulation for added comfort on cooler days. The fabric offers a permanent moisture-management solution in the Atlas and Radar polos, and the Midas ½ Zip, a polyester COOLMAX and Merino wool mid-layer piece.

Ping Apparel is also introducing its first golf pant to the U.S. market. The Lennox, a five-pocket chino-style pant, offers mechanical stretch and moisture-moving properties, is quick drying and crease resistant.

“We’ve done extraordinarily well with our pants in Europe,” Solheim said. “We’re excited to bring the same technology and innovation to the states so golfers here can appreciate the advanced performance, comfort and easy care the Lennox provides.”

In the outerwear category, PING Apparel has teamed with Pertex to elevate Ping’s SensorDry technology to offer a higher level of waterproof and windproof performance, backed by a three-year waterproof guarantee.

With the introduction of the Zero Gravity Playing Top, Ping is expanding the Zero Gravity product line. Utilizing a 2.5-layer Pertex Shield+ stretch fabric, the Zero Gravity Jacket, Playing Top and Vest offer comprehensive layering options for lightweight all-weather protection.
