adidas Golf’s new tour360 x footwear collection, the next generation of the company’s popular tour360 franchise, will be available Nov. 1. adidas Golf says the collection features “clean, streamlined designs’ that incorporate 360WRAP technology for an aesthetically pleasing, tour performance shoe.

To construct a lightweight golf shoe with increased stability without the sacrifice of comfort, adidas Golf says its designers have combined a microfiber leather upper with climaproof technology and a new, nine-cleat thintech TPU outsole featuring CenTraXion technology.

The all-new outsole of the tour360 x (suggested retail price $140), according to the company, was designed to increase surface area contact and stability throughout the swing while maintaining green-friendliness, which was accomplished by placing low-profile stealth cleats on a new TPU outsole featuring a distinctive ‘x’ pattern on the outsole.

Within the re-engineered outsole, adidas Golf says its designers sculpted the TPU to reduce weight while providing increased flexibility and stability where it’s needed most – on the swingplane. For added comfort, a soft EVA foam was added throughout the midsole.

The tour360 x also will be available with Boa Technology’Closure System featuring the Boa IP-1 dial on the center of the tongue. Available Dec. 1 with a SRP of $180, the tour360 x Boa is a landmark release for adidas Golf, serving as the first product in which the Boa Closure System has been incorporated into its footwear designs in the U.S.
