The Boa Closure System, FootJoy says, enables players to enjoy the performance and comfort of Hyperflex with an additional level of custom, micro-adjustable, consistent fit. The Hyperflex shoes with the Boa Closure System will be available April 15 at a suggested retail price of $210 per pair.

FootJoy was the first golf shoe manufacturer to implement the Boa Closure System after it gained popularity in other industries, such as snowboarding, cycling and outdoor/hiking. The collaboration between FootJoy and Boa dates back to 2004 when FootJoy irst began developing a shoe that integrated the closure system, called ReelFit. Since then, the system has gone through numerous iterations and been incorporated in a wide range of FootJoy shoes, including FootJoy ICON, D.N.A., and Contour Series.
