Tour Edge Exotics XCG6 irons as easy to hit as Exotics metals

Tour Edge Golf is best known for its Exotics line of drivers and fairway woods, but don’t sit on its Exotics irons. The new Exotics XCG6 iron, featuring four tungsten sole weights in the heel and toe, is as easy to hit as the metals. The tungsten sole weights – seven to 12 grams each – position the club’s center of gravity for easier shotmaking.

For added forgiveness, according to Tour Edge, the deep undercut cavity and perimeter weighting moves weight away from the face to the perimeter of the club head. These two features, along with the tungsten weights, produce a higher ball flight and enhance the club’s moment of inertia to keep shots on target and online.

Each iron features its own center of gravity location, offset (progressive), face thickness, and topline thickness for a blend of distance and accuracy. Just like the metals, each XCG6 iron has a thin face design for a hot launch.

Each iron is available in the Exotics Matrix Ozik HD and Graphite Design Tour AD graphite shafts, True Temper X‐Lite 90, Project X Flighted Rifle, and KBS Tour steel for a suggested retail price of $499‐$699 (4‐PW).
