Dye Villas Private Residence Club Announces “Close-out” Pricing

Myrtle Beach, S.C. —The Dye Villas Private Residence Club, home to four championship golf courses, announced Oct. 27 a new marketing campaign for its luxury fractional ownership villas.  Specifically, buyers can purchase four flexible weeks per year in a 1,871 square foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence at prices starting at $34,650.

The price includes a full golf membership to the exclusive Pete Dye Club, with preferred access to four championship courses:  the semi-private Pete Dye course, and the Greg Norman, Davis Love III and Tom Fazio public courses.  Each course meanders through South Carolina’s coastal landscape, providing memorable play and scenery.

“This offer is perfect for golfers that want to play regularly at the region’s top courses – three are consistently ranked on Golf Digest’s list of ‘America’s 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses,’” said Nate Widener, director of sales, Dye Villas Private Residence Club.  “At this price, the remaining interests won’t be available for long.”

Other owner amenities include the Dye golf practice range, a private fitness facility and salt water swimming pool, optional housekeeping and concierge services with pre-arrival grocery service, access to the Cinzia Spa, and use of the private Barefoot Resort oceanfront cabana.  The Dye Villas are within biking distance to Barefoot Landing, the outdoor retail center with over 100 shops and 12 restaurants.

The “Developer Close-Out Program” offer of $34,650 is for cash buyers that close before December 31 on a 1/13th interest (or a minimum of 28 days per year).  The price includes 2011 homeowners association dues, closing costs, a ClubCorp Signature Gold Membership and membership in The Registry Collection program.  The release is limited to 25 interests.

The Dye Villas Private Residence Club combines the benefits of owning a second home with the amenities of a fine resort, without the hassle of full ownership.  The Dye Villas were completed in 2005, with 22 units total.
