Valparaiso, Ind. – The owners of The Course at Aberdeen have recently selected leading golf management company, KemperSports, to manage its 18-hole championship golf course. Designed by acclaimed golf course architect Dr. Michael Hurdzan, The Course at Aberdeen opened in 1997 and was immediately considered one of the finest daily fee layouts in the Chicagoland area.
“We are excited about the future of The Course at Aberdeen and look forward to bringing the course and experience up to its original promise under the leadership of KemperSports,” said course owner and developer Barbara Young. “KemperSports is the right partner to guide the golf course and provide the best possible experience for golfers in the community.”
Located just 52 miles from downtown Chicago and measuring 6,917 yards from the back tees, The Course at Aberdeen offers golfers of all skill levels a challenging yet fair golf experience. The course offers a sense of tranquility as it winds through the beautiful Indiana countryside including several environmentally protected areas that add to the aesthetics of the course.
