I know some of you still like an outside bet even in a restricted field event, so my pick this week is Pat Perez 80/1 – with Coral – who comes into this week on the back of winning the OHL Classic at Mayakoba firing a 62 along the way, this was Pat’s last event before teeing it up here this week. What is also significant is that the win followed on the back of a Top 10 finish that hints that he is happy where his golf game is at the moment. Perez has played in this event once before making the Top 10 and although the Arizonian has only won twice on the PGA Tour I think these are good odds given his current form.
