Firstly, congratulations to Shane Lowry on his win at The Open and his first Major Championship, it certainly was an incredible week for both the North and South of Ireland. This week sees the FedEx St Jude Classic become a WGC event and renamed the WGC FedEx St Jude Invitational replacing the old Bridgestone Invitational.
Ron Prichard designed TPC Southwind, which opened as a private members golf club in March 1988. Prichard enlisted the advice of PGA tour players Hubert Green and Fuzzy Zoeller to turn 240 acres of countryside into this stunning track.
