The rescheduled European Tour will be staying in Austria this week for the Euram Bank Open, which has been promoted onto the full European Tour from the Challenge Tour.

Adamstal is a stunning golf course and deserves its title as Austria’s number one course. Former Austrian rally driver Franz Wittmann purchased the then 9-hole course back in 1995 and commissioned Canadian Jeff Howes to extend the course to 18 holes.

Adamstal layout follows the natural lie of the land through a wooded undulation valley and it seems every hole offers up majestic views, none more so than the 5th with it panoramic views of the Unterberg summit where rock formations are a prominent feature, these were discovered during construction of the fairway and incorporated into the design
