The tour now moves back to the continent for the Italian Open which has now lost its “Rolex Event” tour status and going by some of the recent comments of the course which were made by players who have played at Chervò Golf Club this month, the course isn’t in great condition especially the bunkers, so I hope a lot of work has gone into them over the last week or so!

The course opened for play in 2009 with Kurt Rossknecht designing four nine-hole layouts named Benaco, Solferino, San Martino and the executive nine known as Pozzolego. The course sits in the rolling hills overlooking Lake Garda and as you can imagine has some amazing view of the lakes and the surrounding landscape.
