Mower Accident Kills Course Worker

TULALIP, Wash. – A course maintenance worker at Battle Creek Golf Course near Tulalip was killed Friday when a mower he was using flipped on top of him, Snohomish County officials told the The Marysville Globe.

The man’s name was withheld by police pending notification of family members.

The victim was found dead in the 13th fairway a little after 1 p.m.

Tulalip is about 40 miles north of Seattle on Puget Sound. Battle Creek is a 27-hole public facility.
