Nike Golf's new VR_S Forged iron
Nike Golf’s VR_S Forged irons are now available at a street price of around $999 per set. It’s one of the better looking irons to come out of the company’s Oven the past few years. Tiger Woods put a VR_S 3–iron in play at this past fall’s President’s Cup.
The Striped One was the first Nike Golf tour staffer to play the VR_S Forged iron. True to Tiger style, however, he put his own twist on it. Actually it was his own bend. Eldrick bent the 3-iron to play like a 2-iron. Depending on course conditions this seasons, look for Woods to sometimes swap the VR_S Forged 3-iron with his Nike VR Pro Limited Edition 5-wood.
