Golf Fit Quick Tip: Down Dog

Down Dog
A classic yoga posture, Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) is a great stretch for the shoulders, calves, ankles and hamstrings.  It also builds strength in the upper body. Try this stretch to improve your overall fitness for golf.

(*Avoid or modify if there is a wrist, elbow, shoulder or calf injury)
