Its been a strange year for Ryan Moore 28/1 – with BetVictor – who has had five missed cuts from twenty starts – he has also had eight Top 25 finishes – but it just seems so unlike the Washingtonian, with only two Top 10s this year. Ryan is also a past champion here and with wins under his belt in each of the last three seasons he will want to keep that run going and with this weak field he stands a great chance.
