Daily Thoughts: September 13th

Next time you approach a practice area, slow down and observe everything with all your senses.  When you begin to hit shots, really try to sense what your body and club are doing throughout the setup, address, and swing.  The direction and flight of your shots together with your divots (if applicable) will always provide you will fantastic feedback.  Sense your balance, feel your tempo, footwork, turn, grip pressure, etc. and see what works.  It is all akin to a pilot doing a pre-flight inspection. Don’t try to fix anything.  Awareness lies in the absence of trying to consciously do things.
