Four Seasons Resort’s concierge to the rescue

In a previous post I mentioned the case of my missing laptop case and its contents of a battery charger and cables. Well, they never showed up. Luckily, the Golf Road Warriors were bedded down at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. With panoramic views of Pinnacle Peak and the city of Phoenix, this Five Diamond award-winning resort is an oasis in the desert with every imaginable amenity. But to me what really made the Four Seasons extra special was its concierge staff. With my MacBook Pro computer running dangerously low on battery, I consulted with Lindsay at the hotel’s concierge desk about the availability of a battery charger. An Apple user herself, she knew exactly what I was desperately looking for.

Within one hour’s time, Lindsay not only located a battery charger for my MacBook pro but offered it to me as either a guest loan during my stay or as an outright purchase. Presto! Problem and angst resolved.

Permit me to add a Diamond in the Four Seasons’ crown.
