Callaway Golf picked up a nice victory in advance of its Oct. 25 earnings report when Tommy “Two Gloves” Gainey won the McGladrey Classic at the Sea Island Golf Club this past Sunday. Gainey played a full bag of Callaway clubs, including a RAZR Fit Driver, RAZR X Forged irons, Callaway Forged wedges (50, 54, 60 degrees), HEX Black Tour Ball and an Odyssey Backstryke Blade putter to earn the victory.

The putter, a T-shaped model with a stroke balance shaft, has been in Gainey’s bag since 2010. Gainey ranked second in the McGladrey field in putts per round, second in putts per GIR and third in strokes gained. He needed only 24 putts during his final round 60.
