Callaway Golf’s Bertha Mini 1.5 will be available on May 29 at a suggested retail price of $299.
The company says the Bertha Mini 1.5 (12 degrees and 14 degrees) is aimed at players with nigh swing speeds and low swing speeds alike. Callaway says the Mini 1.5 is 35 percent larger than its XR fairway wood/
Perhaps most important, the Bertha Mini 1.5 is two inches shorter (44 inches) short than a driver shaft, which combined with a cambered Warbird Sole should make it easier to hit.
