No wait: New generation of Bridgestone B330 golf balls available now (VIDEO)

The new B330 line of golf balls

Good news for fans of Bridgestone Golf B330 golf ball line (see video below)  living in the Sunbelt areas of the country. The company is making its 2012 line of B330’s available immediately instead of waiting until the original March 1 date. The balls are expected to be available on a nationwide basis by the middle of this month.

The four new models are the Tour B330, Tour B330-S, Tour B330-RX and Tour B330-RXS. Each carries a street price of $44.99 per dozen. Brandt Snedeker won the recent Farmers Insurance Open with the new TOUR B330 ball.

Each ball features Bridgestone’s Dual Dimple Technology that it first used in its E Series golf balls.  Bridgestone says the technology improves upon the previous B330 versions in terms of feel/spin, distance and durability.

“We have received such incredible consumer interest coming off of Sneds’ win and the incredible media buzz we generated at the PGA Show, we felt it was unfair to ask consumers to wait a whole month to experience these awesome new balls,” said Brandon Sowell, director of marketing for Bridgestone Golf. “We hope that by making the necessary arrangements to get these balls to market sooner, we will once again help to enhance our customers’ enjoyment of the game.”

I am very happy to hear the Bridgestone has decided to release the 330 line earlier than March. I believe they are the best golf balls on the market. I am excited to try them out. In the similar fashion with clubs, I will try the new product to compare to what I currently use and then determine if a switch is beneficial or not.
