Rickie Fowler’s visit to the Scotty Cameron Putter Studio earlier this year paid off at the Wells Fargo Championship. Fowler, who got his first PGA Tour victory yesterday, played with a Titleist Scotty Cameron GoLo putter. Fowler switched from a Cameron Circa 62 No. 3 putter at the WGC-Match Play Championship this past February after a visit to the Cameron studio.
At the Wells Fargo, Fowler tie for 21st in Putts Per Greens in Regulation (1.737).
In addition to the GoLo putter, Fowler played Titleist Vokey Design wedges (48, 50, 55 and 59 degrees) and a Titleist Pro V1x golf ball. In fact, it was an all- Titleist Pro V1x playoff at Wells Fargo with D.A Points and Rory McIlroy.
McIlroy regained the world No. 1 ranking with a complete bag of Titleist clubs, including the 910D2 driver, 906F2 fairway metal, MB irons, Vokey Design SM4 pitching, sand and lob wedges and a Scotty Cameron GSS putter.
