Daily Thoughts: January 8th

Identify and release a negative golf thought today.  Once you have identified it, ask yourself “Could I let it go?”  If you think it is possible, proceed to the next step.  Would I let it go?  If you are willing, read on.  Now ask yourself, “When am I going to do this?”  Why not now?  Unless you want to hold on to the non-operating belief or thought, release it now!  This is easy when you are ready to let go.
