Fourteen players put Titleist 913D drivers in play at AT&T National

A total of 14 players put prototype Titleist 913D driver in play at this past week’s AT&T National.  It was the first week Titleist parent Acushnet Company began seeding the new drivers on the PGA Tour.

Among the players who put the Titleist 913D2 in play were Bud Cauley (7.5 degrees), Tom Gillis (9.5) and John Merrick (8.5).

Eleven players used 913D3 drivers, including Seung-yul Noh (7.5), Nick Watney (10.5), Brendon de Jong (9.5), Mark Anderson (9.5), Ben Curtis (8.5), Martin Flores (9.5), Hunter Haas (9.5), K.T.Kim (8.5), Tom Pernice, Jr. (8.5), D.J. Trahan (7.5) and Gary Woodland (7.5).

Rory McIlroy also put an 8.5-degree Titleist 913D3 driver in play at the Irish Open at Royal Portrush.
