After battling injuries the past few years, Jesper Parnevik has signed with Cobra Puma Golf. The colorful Parnevik joins a Cobra Puma Golf stable that already includes the flamboyant Rickie Fowler.
Parnevik s won 14 times around the world but probably is best known for his flip brim caps. He’ll kick off the 2013 season at the Humana Challenge on Jan. 17 equipped with Cobra clubs and Puma apparel, accessories and footwear.
Parnevik will play Cobra’s new AMP CELL driver (7.5 degrees); AMP Cell prototype Pro fairway wood (13 degrees); AMP Forged irons; and Trusty Rusty wedges (49, 53).
The AMP CELL Pro Driver and fairway feature Cobra’s new MyFly and SmartPad Technology, which the company says allows golfers to easily adjust their clubs between six trajectories while keeping the face angle square at address.
In addition, Parnevik will be wearing products from PUMA Golf’s Spring/Summer 2013 Collection along with the new Tux Lux golf shoe, part of PUMA Golf’s Lux footwear collection.
