The Acushnet Co.’s Titleist brand won the golf ball, iron and wedge count at the Open Championship at Royal Lytham. A total of 86 players played a Titleist golf ball, 33 played Titleist irons and 123 Titleist wedges were in play.
Open runner-up Adam Scott played a Titleist Pro V1 ball; Titleist 910D3 driver; 910Fd fairway metal; Titleist MB irons (CB 2-iron); Vokey Design SM4 pitching wedge, TVD sand and lob wedges and a Scotty Cameron Kombi Long putter.
On the PGA Tour, Scott Stallings won the True Life Classic with bag full of Titleist clubs and a Titleist Pro V1x golf ball:
