STARE at the Target, Glance at the Ball

FullSizeRenderMost amateurs spend far too much time looking at the ball in their pre-shot preparation. The ball is not moving, so there is no need to stare at it. Overanalyzing and tension have too much time to creep in. Watch the good players and the amount of time they spend looking at the target verses the golf ball. Long, sharp, focused looks at their target with only small glances at the golf ball. . .Stare at the target, Glance at the ball and GO!
