Using the Word “Dickhead” Results in Suspension, Lawsuit

Looks like its getting a bit testy at the Richmond (Cal.) Country Club where a member has sued the general manager, MacDonald Niven, the president and the board of directors of the club.

Robert Yick, Jr., a member of a group of golfers that call themselves the Dick Brothers Traveling Golf Club, said he was being funny and did not break the club’s laws governing inappropriate behavior when he used the word “dickhead” when referring to a fellow Dick Brothers member

In his suit, Yick who  was suspended for 90 days, said Niven was out to get him.
