For some time this past weekend it looked as if the final twosome in the Masters would be all-Ping – Bubba Watson and Lee Westwood. But in the end, it came down to a playoff between Watson and Louis Oosthuizen, each of whom played Titleist’s Pro V1x golf balls.
Not surprisingly, Titleist won the ball count at the Masters (53). It also won the iron (26), wedge (91) and putter (29) counts at Augusta National Golf Club.
In his bag, Watson used his trademark all-pink Ping G20 driver (8.5 degrees), G20 fairway wood (16.5), Ping S59 irons, Ping Tour-W wedges, (52, 56), a Ping Tour-S wedge (64), and a Ping Redwood Anser putter (34.5 inches).
