“We are what we repeatedly do.”  -Aristotle

Pavlov? That rings a bell.  That ever elusive quest for consistency!  We are surprising more programed for “repeatability” than you might think. Take note of how consistent you are at sabotaging your golf game:

-Negative self talk/self criticism.

-Too many swing thoughts.

-Letting outside factors and score affect your performance.

-Playing without awareness and swinging with too much tension.

The secret to improving “repeatability” is to re-program your body and mind for better golf.  Make your pre-shot routine more affective.  Have a purpose when you practice. Manage your Self-Talk and emotions while on the course.  Make sure you are working on the right stuff. . .stop wasting time on bad habits and create new and improved muscle memory.

It takes time and discipline, but the long term “repeatability” is well worth it!
