-Fixating on things that are out of your control. (i.e. weather, bad bounces, etc.)
-Obsessing about Results
-Focusing on your Weakness
-Finding yourself thinking about the Past or Future.
When the “voice in your head” has taken over, heed the warning signs early and MANAGE your SELF TALK. It’s difficult, but in the long run eliminating the negative thoughts is well worth it!
