Cat-tastic Golf Stretch!

Simple and extremely effective, Cat Rolls will loosen the spine and prevent injuries.  Try this stretch before you play to prepare your body for golf.

Place your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips.  On the exhale, round the spine upward.  On the inhale, drop the belly and lift the head.  Flow back and forth at a slow breath rate, gently stretching the areas that feel tight .

(Meowing while stretching is completely optional)
