Revolved Golf Warrior

glcroppedRevolved Golf Warrior is a multi-tasking posture that increases leg strength, hip flexibility and challenges balance.  Perfect for improving your golf game!

Start in standing. With good balance, Step the right foot forward (do not let the right knee move in front of the right ankle.)  Extend back through the left heal and gently work to straighten the knee.  Hold for 5-10 deep breathes and repeat on the other side.
