Caffeine + Golf: Do They Mix?

Yes, some tee times may require a bit of caffeine to get the eyes open, but does the extra verve interfere with your performance?  Here are some points to consider:

-Does your swing tempo speed up?

-Do you have less touch and feel. . .are your hands jittery?

-Is your putting stroke faster?

-Are you already playing with too much adrenaline?. . .think first tee nerves that never go away.

Re-evaluate the coffee or soda and save the caffeine for “Frappy Hour”.
