While “golf law” is a difficult thing to define, there exist lawyers across the country that practice in this field. Golf Inc. recently released its list of Recommended Attorneys for the golf industry. Golf law is essentially a practice which incorporates many other areas of the law that directly affect the golf industry. In the same way that healthcare law can incorporate issues related to regulatory compliance, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law, so, too, does golf law incorporate real estate, environmental, tort, and structured finance (just to name a few).
On the Golf Law Wiki, I have reproduced Golf Inc.’s list of Recommended Attorneys in detail including links to the firms and bios of each recommended attorney. You can access the coverage here.
