Balancing Act

Half BowBalance is an essential component to a well struck golf ball.  Train your balance on and off the golf course.  Add it to your golf fitness regimen and driving range practice.

Balance is said to be like “fresh fruit”; if you don’t use it, it will go bad.  So challenge yourself to practice balancing drills and exercises often to keep your golf game ripe!
